What I have to offer: almost two decades of church leadership encompassing everything from children’s and youth ministry to being part of the Alpha Canada relaunch to pastoring people through theological shifts, deconstruction and finding a way forward in Christian community. I’ve navigated different denominations and leadership structures and learned to communicate intergenerationally and cross-culturally. My practical expertise is in sustainable volunteer management and training volunteers, an area many church leaders need support in.

Small Group Ministry Consulting
Small Group, Life Group, Bible Study - whatever your church calls it, I can help you build a flourishing community-based discipleship ministry with empowered and trained lay leaders.
Hire me to:
Evaluate your existing small group ministry and give feedback and actionable next steps for discipleship and growth of the ministry.
Train your small group volunteer leaders (1 session with church staff/leaders to learn your context, 2 training sessions with small group leaders)
Help your church vision and launch a small group ministry in your unique context. Includes creation of customized small group leader manuals and integration with your church policy and administrative frameworks. (1 month intensive, with 2 follow up consultations).
Pricing is based on my hourly rate of $75/hour and a pre-agreed upon plan for deliverables including reports and training materials where applicable.
Small churches (less than 100 congregants) are welcome to reach out with a proposed budget.
